Energy Career Aspirations Networking Series (ECANS)
ECANS is an initiative designed to foster career development and networking opportunities within the energy sector.
Objectives:
1. Career Development: The primary objective of ECANS is to provide a platform for students and young professionals in the energy sector to explore career opportunities, gain insights into industry trends and develop their skills.
2. Networking: The programme aims to facilitate networking among student and young professionals, enable them to build connections, share knowledge and collaborate on projects.
3. Mentorship: ECANS seek to connect participants with experienced mentors who can provide guidance and support in their career journey.
Targeted participants:
The programme targets a diverse group of participants from various segments of the energy sector, including young professionals, mid-career individuals and senior executives.

Energy4Me Programme
Energy4me is an educational outreach program developed by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Kuala Lumpur section. It aims to educate students and the public about energy and its importance in our daily lives, as well as the role of the oil and gas industry in meeting global energy demands. The program provides resources, workshops, and hands-on activities designed to engage students in learning about various aspects of energy, including its sources, production, and environmental impact. Through Energy4me, students gain a better understanding of STEM concepts and the potential career opportunities in the energy sector. By promoting STEM education and career awareness, Energy4me equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to address the complex challenges facing the global energy landscape.
