After we have received your registration request, we will email you further payment instructions, online or offline. For online payments, you may pay securely using your credit card here. Your registration does not guarantee your participation until you have made full payment. We have several payment options available:
Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy
In the event that an exhibitor withdraws or cancels their participation after confirmation, cancellation charges shall apply in accordance with the schedule below, irrespective of whether payment has been made. Any cancellation shall be in the form of official email from the exhibitor's office and by the Person-in-charge and not through telephone conversation. These terms cannot be varied under any circumstances.
Any outstanding amounts shall remain payable based on the applicable cancellation period.
Cancellation periods:
Cancellation before 31st January 2026 - 50% of the total amount
Cancellation between 1st February 2026 - 31st March 2026 - 75% of the total amount
Cancellation after 1st April 2026 - 100% of the total amount
