  • Kindly note that a 50% surcharge will be levied on top of the rates quoted above for transfers arranged at the hours stipulated below:

  • Distance from Kota Kinabalu International Airport to Sutera Harbour Resort is approximately 7km and the duration of the journey takes about 10 minutes by car.

Check In & Check Out

Check-in time will be after 15:00 pm and chek-out time is before 12:00 noon.  Any  requests for earlier check-in or late check-out may be subject to 50% of the applicable contracted rate.  A full night's charge will apply for check-out betond 16:00 pm.  Both of these facilities must be pre-arranged and are subject to availability.

Reservation Guarantee

All reservation must be guaranteed by one night room rate deposit or a major credit card.  For credit card guarantee, the hotel requires credit card number and expiry date.  For non-guaranteed reservation, this will be held till 16:00 pm (local time) on the day of arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee of 1 night accommodation.

Cancellation PR No show policy

All cancellation bookings must be notified to the hotel by written prior to 16:00 pm (local time) on the arrival day to avoid a cancellation fee of 1 night accommodation.

Payment

All payment are to be settled by cash or credit cards upon departure, unless other arrangement has been confirmed with the hotel.  For companies with credit facility, all invoices are to be settled within 30 days of the date of invoice.
